This privacy policy covers custom data integrations built and operated by Damian Spark Ventures LLC ("DSV") on behalf of individual clients under signed service agreements.
With a client's authorization, DSV's integrations connect to that client's Intuit Enterprise Suite or QuickBooks Online company to read accounting data and, where applicable, custom dimension data.
Data retrieved through an integration is used solely to build and operate the data platform DSV delivers for that specific client, as described in that client's service agreement. Data from one client's integration is never shared with, or made visible to, any other client or third party.
Data is stored within infrastructure the client owns or controls (for example, the client's own Microsoft Azure or Microsoft Fabric tenant), not on infrastructure owned by DSV, except where a signed agreement specifies otherwise.
Retention follows the terms of the applicable client service agreement. A client may request that DSV disconnect an integration at any time by contacting DSV using the information below; disconnecting revokes the integration's access going forward.
