This agreement covers custom data integrations built and operated by Damian Spark Ventures LLC ("DSV") on behalf of individual clients under signed service agreements. It applies to the client authorizing an integration to connect to their Intuit Enterprise Suite or QuickBooks Online company.
Each integration is built for a single named client and is not offered, licensed, or made available to the public. Use of an integration is governed first by the client's signed service agreement with DSV; this page describes the general terms that apply where that agreement does not specify otherwise.
By authorizing an integration through Intuit's OAuth consent flow, the client grants DSV permission to access the specified data on their behalf, solely for the purposes described in their service agreement.
Integrations are provided as part of a professional services engagement. Any warranties, service levels, or support commitments are as stated in the applicable service agreement, not by this page.
A client may revoke an integration's access at any time through their Intuit account settings, or by requesting DSV to disconnect it.
